Health
Exercise
Try to exercise at least 30 minutes a day. Alternate between different activities.
I do morning walks before work, then jog in the evening where it's cooler.
Humans are not meant to sit in front of the computer all day, at least not yet. So we need to move our bodies to stay healthy.
Jogging
After a jogging day, do strength training the next day while your leg muscles recover.
Jog at the park if you live near one, it's free.
Get a good pair of shoes for jogging. Doesn't have to be too expensive, but it should provide good support.
Drink enough water before and after jogging.
Stretching
Stretch before and after exercise to prevent injuries.
Strength Training
Keep some dumbbells at home for strength training. They aren't expensive and take up little space.
Sports
It's a fun way to exercise. Take up an inexpensive sport like badminton or swimming.
